AmbitionS RH Consulting is a Human Resources and Management Consulting firm created by a former HR Lead who spent his full career in large International American companies in France and at European level.

His wish for each Company : being ambitious for their Human Resources ! !

Our role

AmbitionS RH Consulting is operating in 3 main areas (all missions and training courses can be done either in French or in English) :

1) Social Engineering

AmbitionS RH Consulting is providing operational support to foreign Groups subsidiaries and to Companies who intend to grow and develop their Business in France and across Europe. This support is including : :

-          Talents selection

-          Implementation of Rewards and Benefits philosophy, processes and tools fitting with Company strategy

-          Set up of performance evaluation tools

-          Competencies identification

-          People Development and High Potentials management

-          Change management during time of major challenges (mergers, acquisitions, new organizations…)

2) Training

AmbitionS RH Consulting is providing training to Managers helping them to better understand their management role, better motivate and better develop their teams.

3) Business Schools – Universities Partnership

AmbitionS RH Consulting is partnering with Business Schools and Universities through a training program with the objective to better train and better prepare students to their future role of Manager.
